I wrote a book!

I am happy to announce that I wrote a book!

Well, a journal… 🙂

Writing a book has been a goal of mine, and while this is not an actual book it is hopefully a step in the right direction. As always, I appreciate your support!

This “book” includes 48+ journaling prompts, one a week for an entire year. These prompts are designed to be thought provoking and to help you reflect and target mental wellness.  I aim to help you improve your relationship with yourself and to work towards positive change and personal growth.  I tried to target different seasons, like the holiday, and address general issues my clients tend to struggle with. Hopefully they make you a little more prepared, reflective or provoke a new perspective. Each journal entry comes with an extra page, so you have plenty of space to write it out. Or, you can simply take the prompt and use your own journal or computer. Feel free to print the book in one setting or once per week as you are ready for your next journal entry.
